The client's ensuite shower was leaking into the neighbouring bathroom and down through the concrete slab into the apartment complex's multi-storey garage below. Due to budget constraints, the client wished to maintain existing hardware where possible, and were receptive to our advice to attempt to incorporate the existing custom vanities into the new spaces.
