The demands of a household of four had taken its toll on the asbestos-filled failing bathroom. A complete removal and remodel was needed, with the WC moved forward toward the hallway to allow for the shower to wrap around the back and hug the external wall. Internal and external load bearing walls were modified to allow for a new double glazed highlight window, and soft-close cavity sliders respectively.
